First of all, the bride and groom planned this wedding in a month. A month! As I’m planning my own wedding right now, I can’t imagine pulling it all together in that span of time. so many cool elements in this day. pastel strips of fabric to make a ceremony backdrop, homemade cream puffs made by the bride’s mother, beautiful simple florals, and fifty guests in a sweet house in los angeles. and the best getaway car ever. congrats, you two.

I recently shot for the Association of Certified Wedding Consultants  fall workshop, styled By Tracey Irish. Tracey does such an incredible job and has a great eye for simplicity and style (duh). The beautiful lakeside setting was awesome, and all the details- spray painted  gold eucalyptus leaves, floral linens, and lovely flowers by Jill Fawcett- just fit. Also, check out the insane calligraphy by Mon Voir. I couldn’t have asked for a better shoot!

This wedding. Ah. But really. Rustic and charmingly vintage, I could have sworn Anthropologie came out and styled it. And you can thank the bride and groom for that. Both are such stylish people, so it was natural that their day would be as well. Tons of DIY accents and a unique industrial venue worked perfectly together to create a cool vintage vibe.
